FAQ's

  • IS THERE AN ADMISSION CHARGE FOR DESIGNATED DRIVERS?
    Yes. We have Designated Driver tickets available. All tickets holders will receive a swag bag and can enjoy the food. Designated Driver ticket holders will not have access to alcohol. Designated Drivers, like everyone else must be 21+ and show valid photo ID for admission.
  • DO I HAVE TO BE 21 YEARS OLD TO ATTEND?
    Yes, no one under the age of 21 is permitted to attend.
  • WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT?
    Attire is business casual/cocktail, collared shirt required for men Shorts, short sleeves or athletic attire are not acceptable.
  • HOW MUCH DOES PARKING COST?
    Parking is free at the Civic Center.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS TO THE EVENT?
    Tickets are through Ticketmaster Once Purchased all sales are final. All tickets will need to be printed out and presented along with your I.D. at the door upon arrival.
  • HOW DOES THE DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKET WORK?
    Designated Drivers, like everyone else must be 21+ and show valid photo ID for admission. The designated driver buys a special designated driver ticket. The designated driver receives a different colored wristband and they do not receive a tasting glass. They are able to enjoy all the activities of the expo except they are not allowed to drink any whiskey. Any designated driver who is seen drinking will be escorted out immediately.
  • CAN I BRING MY OWN CIGAR FOR THE EVENT?
    You are more than welcome to bring your own. We will also have the War Wagon Cigar Lounge at the event.
  • WHAT DOES ADMISSION INCLUDE?
    Tickets are all-inclusive for the event. VIP and general admission ticket holders will have access to all types of whiskey and bourbon served as well as catered food at the event. Designated Driver ticket holders will have access to catered food and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE EVENT THAT IS NOT LISTED IN THE FAQ SECTION?
    All questions can be directed to the contact form on the website home or emailed to contacts@setxwhiskeyfest.com
  • ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
    No knapsacks, large bags, outside food or drinks will be allowed. Must be 21 and over with picture ID for entry.
  • IS THERE MUSIC?
    Yes, we will have live music provided by local artist Pug Johnson and the Hounds.
  • ARE CHILDREN OR PETS PERMITTED TO ATTEND?
    We love kids and four-legged friends, but for everyone’s safety, no children, people under 21, or pets are permitted.
  • WILL FOOD BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
    The Southeast Texas Whiskey Festival will have plenty of delicious food on site and food is included in the ticket prices. Enjoy!
  • AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?
    No. All exits are final. Guests will not be readmitted for any reason.
  • WHAT TIME IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?
    General admission is at 6:00 p.m. We will allow VIP guests into the event at 5:00 p.m. The event ends promptly at 9:00 p.m.
